Which Charge Points support PowerGoodies?
PowerGoodies is currently available at AgriSnellaad Charge Points in the Netherlands. AgriSnellaad was the first Charge Point Operator to adopt PowerGoodies, and we are actively expanding the program to include more CPOs. Keep an eye out for updates as we continue to grow!
How can I maximize my points for each charging session?
The number of points you earn per charge session depends on the specific rewards structure set by the Charge Point Operator (CPO). Generally, most CPOs award points based on the amount of energy you charge (measured in kWh) and for promptly disconnecting your vehicle within 30 minutes after it reaches its charge limit. Additionally, during times of abundant solar power, such as when the sun is shining brightly and electricity prices drop, some operators may offer bonus points as an extra incentive. To maximize your rewards, make sure to follow these guidelines and take advantage of any special offers from your CPO.
How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy with the PowerGoodies app. Simply navigate to the Shop section, where you’ll find a variety of gift vouchers from popular brands like HEMA, Adidas, Douglas, Gamma, MyJewellery, and many more. Depending on the number of points in your wallet, you can exchange them for gift vouchers that can be used online in the webshops of these brands or offline by scanning a barcode in retail stores.

Do I need to scan the QR code at the Charge Point every time I charge my car?
No, you don’t! You only need to scan the QR code on the Charge Point the first time you use the PowerGoodies app on your iOS or Android device. During this initial charge session, your Charge Card will be linked to your PowerGoodies account in the app. After that, every time you charge your car using the same Charge Card, you’ll automatically earn PowerGoodies points—no need to scan the QR code again!
Do you have a Refer-a-Friend program?

Yes, we do! You can easily refer friends through the PowerGoodies app. Simply go to the Account section and select “Share with Friends.” This will generate a unique link that you can share via WhatsApp, text message, or email. When your friend completes their first charge session at a PowerGoodies-supported Charge Point, both of you will receive a bonus of 250 points!
