Which Charge Points support PowerGoodies?
PowerGoodies is currently available at Agri Go Charge charge points in the Netherlands, TotalEnergies charge points in the Netherlands and Belgium, and Leap24 charge points. These are currently the first Charge Point Operators to adopt PowerGoodies, and we are actively expanding the program to include more CPOs. Keep an eye out for updates as we continue to grow!
How can I maximize my points for each charging session?
The number of points you earn per charge session depends on the specific rewards structure set by the Charge Point Operator (CPO). Generally, most CPOs award points based on the amount of energy you charge (measured in kWh) and for promptly disconnecting your vehicle within 30 minutes after it reaches its charge limit. Additionally, during times of abundant solar power, such as when the sun is shining brightly and electricity prices drop, some operators may offer bonus points as an extra incentive. To maximize your rewards, make sure to follow these guidelines and take advantage of any special offers from your CPO.
How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy with the PowerGoodies app. Simply navigate to the Shop section, where you’ll find a variety of gift vouchers from popular brands like HEMA, Adidas, Douglas, Gamma, MyJewellery, and many more. Depending on the number of points in your wallet, you can exchange them for gift vouchers that can be used online in the webshops of these brands or offline by scanning a barcode in retail stores.

Do you have a Refer-a-Friend program?

Yes, we do! You can easily refer friends through the PowerGoodies app. Simply go to the Account section and select “Share with Friends.” This will generate a unique link that you can share via WhatsApp, text message, or email. When your friend completes their first charge session at a PowerGoodies-supported Charge Point, both of you will receive a bonus of 250 points!

How can I delete my PowerGoodies account?

You can delete your account from within the PowerGoodies iOS or Android app, or by filling in a form on this website. First, from the app: Go to Account - Settings - Account - Delete my account. Secondly, from this website. Here is the link to the form: https://rewards.powergoodies.com/account-deletion

Please note that Account Deletion cannot be undone, because we really delete all information that we have about your account.
