Do I need to request a new charge card?

No. PowerGoodies works with your existing charge card — you add it once in the app and then charge just as you always do.

Is the PowerGoodies app free?

Yes. The app is free to download and use, with no subscription or hidden costs.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You charge using your own charge card at your own rates; PowerGoodies simply adds points on top.

At which charging stations do I earn points?

At participating public charging points. In the app, the map shows you exactly which charging locations take part.

What can I do with my points?

You redeem the points you’ve earned in the app for gift vouchers from well-known brands.

Who is PowerGoodies for?

For EV drivers who charge publicly (regularly) and want to get more value out of their charging sessions.

How many charge cards can I add?

You earn 150 points for each charge card you add, up to the first 5 cards (so 750 points in total). After that, you can keep adding more cards up to a maximum of 10 cards in total.
